Why do People Come Into Your Life and Then Leave?

People come into your life all the time. Some to teach you, some to love you, some to test you and some to cause you pain. That is to be expected. But every so often you find a person in your life who is so much like you that it is like looking in a mirror and seeing the opposite version of yourself. That sounds cool. And the euphoria of that time together will last you a lifetime. But that connection is one of the hardest things you will ever experience in your emotional life.  Because that person loves and cares for you enough to show up- to report for duty in your life.

I can assure you that is not just by chance. He or she is in your life to teach you about a new you, a more amazing you. That person is a trigger to what you may look like ten years in the future.

This all sounds fun, but it is a huge responsibility because it means that you will have to finally grow up and start to get rid of some of your old thoughts, beliefs and feelings and emotions. All because you want your other half- your Twin Flame some call it-to see you as your greatest and highest self.

Talking to friends might move you forward but seeking a counselor or therapist will let you zoom forward in your growth.

Now this Twin Flame may stay for a while in your life or leave never to return. But you always need to remember that the greatest gift- that unconditional love that they gave you in your life is the best present you have ever received. Let them go. Maybe they have other people they have to go and love.

All you need to know is that you are going to be OK!
